Prices per million tokens. Billing follows the tokenizer's reported counts. Failed requests are not billed. Engine-reported cached tokens are billed at the cached rate; the metrics dashboard remains off until a provider target is configured.
04 / Wallet
Top up after contracting.
Credit never expires while the organisation is active. Every key can carry a hard budget so a bad loop cannot drain the wallet.

How is usage counted?
Input, cached input and output tokens are metered per request, based on the tokenizer's reported counts. Prices are per million tokens. Usage is billed to the token, with a €0.01 minimum for each billed request. Failed requests are free.
Which currency is charged?
EUR is the contract and ledger currency. DKK appears only as a fixed reference at 1 EUR = 7.46 DKK from 2026-10-27. Card or invoice settlement stays in EUR.
Does credit expire?
Prepaid credit does not expire while the organisation is active. Refunds follow the terms of sale.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT. Danish customers pay 25% VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged. Non-EU business customers are zero-rated where the rules allow.
What is KYC/KYB, and when is it needed?
Identity checks confirm the person and legal entity behind an account. Both Thinker models are Enterprise-only: KYC approval starts contract review, and the recorded Enterprise contract unlocks the portal and inference. There is no open or trial tier.
Can we use a private network?
Yes, by contract. The default route already keeps model hosts off the public internet; Enterprise can add a WireGuard/IPsec tunnel or pin the API to your firewall with optional mutual TLS. It is arranged in the technical call and recorded in the contract; see the private connectivity documentation.
Can I cap spend?
Yes. Every key can carry a request limit, token limit and hard budget. Prepaid balances stop at zero. Invoice organisations set an explicit credit limit.
What happens when a model is retired?
Public models get at least 30 days' notice before retirement. A model may be deprecated earlier if its upstream weights are withdrawn. The status page carries planned changes.
Start with identity.
KYC is manual. The API is OpenAI-compatible after activation.
